HAMILTON, Ohio — Edwin Tobergta was arrested for the fourth time for simulating sex with a pool float.
FOX News reports that a witness saw him standing naked on Route 4 in Hamilton while simulating sex with a pink pool flotation device. The witness reported that he was in full view of nearby businesses and passing cars.
Tobergta has been charged with public indecency and contempt of court.
His previous arrest dates include June of 2013 for engaging in sex with a pool float outside of his house in front of several children; in August of 2011 for a similar offense involving a pink swimming pool raft; and in 2002, he was caught having sex with an inflatable pumpkin that was part of a Halloween display.
