CEBU, Phillippines — PSY’s “Gangnam Style” has spawned countless remakes. The latest tribute to the viral hit comes from a group of Filipino prisoners who had a viral video of their own a few years ago.
You may recall a Filipino prison dance video that featured actual inmates at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center re-creating Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” music video.
The viral video garnered more than 50 million views making the inmates have become minor celebrities in the Philippines.
Well, the Filipino inmates are at it again, putting their own spin on PSY’s viral hit “Gangnam Style.”
