- Username: your username is the email that you created your Corrections1 account with
- Password: in 2024 we switched from passwords to a digital code. When you log in, a digital code will be sent to your email address. That code may be in your spam so check for emails from support@corrections1.com

I need help accessing a PDF download
- After filling out a lead form, the form area will refresh and a link will appear - clicking that link will download the PDF to your computer

My app is not updating
- The Corrections1 app was sunset in January 2024, content in the app is no longer updating after this date
