Brad Hompe, MPA, is currently a corrections complaint examiner for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and has held multiple roles with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (WI DOC) over the past 25 years to include officer, sergeant, lieutenant, captain, unit manager, deputy warden and warden jail inspector. Brad assisted in the development of the use of force training program used in Wisconsin and was an agency trainer providing instruction to trainers. Brad is a professional service specialist with Lexipol and owns and operates a consulting firm that provides consulting services to jails nationwide. Brad is also a Technical Assistance Provider for the National Institute of Corrections.
