JONESBORO — A female inmate at Craighead County jail is facing additional time after jailers found contraband in her pants.
Arkansas Online reports that officers discovered 19 grams of meth in baggies, worth $2,000, in the inmate’s pants during a shakedown.
The woman could not remember the name of the inmate who gave her the drugs.
She was originally serving a 120-day sentence for second-degree forgery but now faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of meth possession.
